| How to apply | Please contact us via our website, LINE, WhatsApp, or Email (inquiries accepted 24 hours a day). Omamori (Charms): please apply from the purchase page. Each omamori is individually prayed over, so quantities are limited. We restock approximately 10 omamori every Sunday morning; if an item is out of stock, please wait for the following Sunday’s restock. Please dispose of the omamori once it has served its purpose, or when one year has passed. When disposing of it, wrap it in clean white paper or cloth, give thanks to it, and dispose of it respectfully. If you are able to visit a shrine or temple, you may also return it there. Monthly Energy Alignment: please apply from the application button for each plan on the plan page. Capacity is limited, and applications close as soon as all spots are filled. This service is available only to applicants aged 20 or older. |

Re-ritual guarantee (Curse Proxy / Prayer Proxy only): If, after your ritual is fully completed, no effect whatsoever is observed six months later, we will perform an additional ritual free of charge. <Omamori (Charms)> Because each omamori is individually prayed over, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your item arrives damaged, or you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us at support@omi8.net as soon as possible. <Monthly Energy Alignment> You may cancel at any time; there is no minimum commitment period. Cancellation procedures are described on the plan page, or you may contact us via the contact form or LINE. Refunds are not provided, including any prorated refund for the remaining days of the month in which you cancel. Even if you cancel partway through a month, the benefits of your plan remain valid through the end of that calendar month. There is no “pause” option. If you wish to pause, please cancel and reapply later, subject to availability. To change plans, please cancel your current plan first, then apply for the new plan separately. |
